Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Bed DRS (“we,” “us” or “our”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit our website or contact us through it. We do not sell products online and we do not offer user accounts, so we collect only what we need to respond to you and to understand how our website is used.

When you submit our contact form, schedule-a-visit request or a “Request More Information” form on our Promotions page, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as:

• your name, email address and phone number;
• your preferred visit date or time and how you’d like to be contacted;
• your interests, such as a product, promotion, mattress size or the sleep assessment;
• any message or comments you include.

Like most websites, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information when you visit, such as your browser and device type, IP address, pages viewed, referring website and the date and time of your visit. This is collected using cookies, pixels and similar technologies, including:

• Meta Pixel — helps us measure visits and form submissions from our Facebook and Instagram advertising and show relevant ads.
• Google Ads tag — helps us measure the results of our Google advertising, including conversions, and show relevant ads.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — protects our forms from spam and abuse by checking that a real person is submitting them.
• Embedded content — Google Maps and YouTube videos on our pages may set their own cookies when they load.

• to respond to your questions and requests, and to schedule and confirm showroom visits and sleep assessments;
• to share details about products and promotions you asked about;
• to operate, secure and improve our website and protect it against spam and fraud;
• to measure the effectiveness of our advertising;
• to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run our website and business — for example, our website hosting provider, our email delivery provider (which delivers your form submission to our team), Cloudflare for spam protection, and Meta and Google for advertising measurement — and only as needed to provide those services.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some site features may not work without them.
• You can manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
• You can manage Facebook and Instagram ad preferences in your Meta ad preferences.
• You can opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies at optout.aboutads.info.
• You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you submitted by contacting us using the details below.
• If we contact you by email, you can ask us to stop at any time.

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to you and for our reasonable business records, and then delete it or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Our website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.
