These Terms of Service govern your use of the Bed DRS website (the “Site”), operated by Bed DRS (“Bed DRS,” “we,” “us” or “our”) from our showroom in Scottsdale, Arizona. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is an informational directory of the mattresses, adjustable bases and sleep accessories available in our Scottsdale showroom. We do not sell products online, and nothing on the Site is an offer to sell or a binding quote.

Product descriptions, features, images and specifications are provided by or based on information from the manufacturers and may change without notice. Colors and details may vary from what you see on screen. Please visit the showroom to confirm current availability, pricing and specifications.

Promotions, gifts, trials, warranties and financing shown on the Site are typically set by the manufacturers, are for informational purposes, and are subject to the manufacturer’s terms, eligibility requirements, availability and end dates. Offers may change or end without notice, and some manufacturer offers may only be available directly from the manufacturer.

Our team will confirm which offers apply to your purchase in the showroom. Financing is subject to credit approval by the third-party lender.

Submitting a form on the Site is a request to be contacted — it does not guarantee a specific appointment time. We will follow up to confirm.

The complimentary 10-minute Diagnostic Rest System™ sleep assessment, including pressure mapping, is designed to help you compare comfort and support options. It is not a medical examination, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing on the Site is medical advice. If you have a sleep disorder, pain or another health concern, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.

You agree not to:

• submit false, misleading or someone else’s information through our forms;
• send spam or automated submissions, or attempt to bypass our spam protection;
• interfere with the Site’s security or operation, or attempt to access it without authorization;
• copy, scrape or republish Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

The Site’s design, text, graphics and the Bed DRS and Diagnostic Rest System™ names and logos belong to Bed DRS or its licensors.

Brand names, product names, logos and images of the manufacturers we carry — such as Tempur-Pedic, Stearns & Foster, Sealy, Beautyrest, Serta and others — are trademarks or property of their respective owners and are used to identify the products available in our showroom. Their use does not imply endorsement of the Site.

The Site may include links to or embedded content from third parties, such as Google Maps, YouTube and Google reviews. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites or services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Product warranties are provided by the manufacturers under their own terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bed DRS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information submitted through the Site, and is part of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
