He also helped me with the delivery options, working hard to expedite for me. I found his customer service to be exceptional! They also had a good number of nice luxury beds in this retail location!

Last October I purchased my dream bed from him, an adjustable top end Temperpedic. The entire process was fantastic from start to finish. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right bed rather than just making a sale (in fact we even exchanged it for a firmer model after about a month).

I was looking for a special adjustable electric bed frame to help with acid reflux. Not the kind that every store has where just the head of the bed moves, but one that also has a "tilt" feature. Turns out Bed DRS had one on their floor, and it is exactly what I was looking for. Adrian assisted, explained all the features and provided me with a great price, and the order was placed. Eight days later, prompt delivery and set-up was made, and I am very pleased with the overall service and quality of the product. I highly recommend Bed DRS, and big thanks to Adrian. When it's time to replace my mattress with a new one, I know where I'm going.
